Chapter 10

 Typical self-absorbed man!

And he even has the nerve to ask me that kind of question in front of his own sister??

I snapped right back: “Oh? You think you’re all that big, huh?”

Zhou Si stood right in front of me and said, “After last night, I think you know exactly how big I am.”

I wasn’t about to back down. I deliberately provoked him: “Mhm, yeah, real clear. You’re like a baby chick.”

“Oh really? Then why were you begging for mercy?”

My face instantly burned up. I stammered, “I was… acting. Didn’t want to hurt an old man’s fragile ego.”

Zhou Si didn’t care at all. “Oh, then don’t push yourself so hard next time.”

I shot back, “Oh? You think there’s going to be a next time?”

Meanwhile, Zhou Wan, who had just been on the floor crying out in pain, was now sitting cross-legged with a full-on popcorn-eating expression. Clearly loving the drama.

Zhou Si turned to look at her and said impatiently, “Get lost.”

Zhou Wan immediately pouted, playing the victim: “Brother…”

I muttered under my breath, “Looks like I should be the one getting lost,” and turned to leave — only for Zhou Si to grab my wrist.

His palm easily wrapped around my wrist. He asked, “Where are you going?”

I said, “Where I belong.”

Zhou Si gave me a once-over and said, “Go upstairs and change your clothes.”

“Nope!” I didn’t want to wear Zhou Wan’s stuff.

He said, “I bought a few new sets for you.”

That got me: “When did you buy them?”

He didn’t answer — probably didn’t care to explain trivial stuff like that.

Right now I was wearing an oversized men’s T-shirt, no bra, and my bare legs were on full display. Definitely not an outfit to walk out in. Since he already bought the clothes, I wasn’t about to get all shy about it. I turned around and headed back upstairs.

The villa had three floors. Zhou Si’s bedroom was on the second floor, facing south. Inside was a massive walk-in closet. Don’t let the man’s age fool you — he might be thirty, but the clothes in his wardrobe were stylish and high-quality.

Right in the center of the closet were several sets of brand-new women’s clothes — totally my style.

I casually picked a short-sleeved top and a denim skirt — both in my size. After changing, I passed by the bathroom and figured I might as well brush my teeth.

While brushing, I noticed a very visible hickey on my neck. To be fair, I left more than a few marks on Zhou Si last night too.

After washing up, I was about to head downstairs when Zhou Si walked back into the room. He was still in his comfy loungewear, with slightly tousled short hair — looking harmless enough.

But in reality?

He was standing tall, completely blocking the doorway, clearly not planning to let me leave.

I said, “Excuse me, can you move?”

He said, “You’ve misunderstood Zhou Wan. She didn’t do anything to hurt you.”

I expected Zhou Si to defend his sister — no surprise there. “Oh, well I definitely don’t share your moral compass.”

“She didn’t steal your boyfriend.”

“Oh yeah? Then what did I see with my own two eyes?”

“Even what you see isn’t always the truth.”

I rolled my eyes. No energy for this kind of crap. “Fine, fine. She didn’t do anything. Happy now? So, can you move?”

“No.”

Zhou Si stepped closer and closer. “You think you can just use me and run?”

I was speechless. “Can we talk logic here? Who used who last night?”

“Didn’t I have you look in the mirror?” His voice got lower and lower as he closed the distance. “Weren’t you watching yourself devour me, inch by inch?”

I blushed hard, thinking about last night. “Zhou Si, you’re a pervert.”

He laughed, gently poking my cheek. “What are you so shy for? You’re acting like a kid.”

I slapped his hand away. “And you’re acting like a kid with your clingy antics!”

Zhou Si bit my lip gently, his breath hot. “Greedy little wolf cub.”

I pushed him. “You’re the big bad wolf! The perv!”

He chuckled, then sucked gently on my lip again. “Ungrateful little wolf.”

Half-heartedly resisting, I soon found myself melting under his kiss. My legs went weak. I couldn’t even talk — just little gasps and whimpers.

I swear, the leg weakness and whimpering were not under my control. I never felt this way when Chen Zhicheng kissed me.

But Zhou Si? He was different. I don’t know what kind of superpowers his tongue had, but it stirred up a whole storm in my mouth with almost no effort.

And that’s not even mentioning his hands — felt like they were electrified. Every place they touched tingled.

Zhou Si gave me a mock-serious look. “Old man, huh?”

I snapped back, “You’re practically a whole zodiac cycle older than me!”

He corrected me, “Seven years and eight months.”

“Oh wow, someone’s been counting.”

“Businessman. If I can’t keep track of numbers, I’d be broke.”

“Greedy and sly,” I muttered — and then yelped. I instinctively covered my mouth, worried Zhou Wan might hear us downstairs.

Zhou Si leaned close, whispering into my ear, “No need to cover your mouth. I already sent Zhou Wan away.”

Well, since he put it like that, I wasn’t going to hold back. Not that I could even if I wanted to.

But what happened next totally spun out of my control.

I had this sneaking suspicion that Zhou Si — this petty man — was just trying to prove how capable he was. I couldn’t even breathe through his kisses, let alone withstand his relentless assault.

After almost half an hour of this torment, I finally caved and begged for mercy.

I knew that’s what he’d been waiting for. As expected, he slowed down and got a little gentler. “Why are you begging now? Weren’t you acting so tough before?”

I practically cried, “I’m dying here!”

“I could never let you die.”

“Zhou Si!!”

“Why not call me ‘Brother Zhou’ like before?” Zhou Si lifted me up and slammed down hard again.

I yelped, “Zhou Si, you absolute freak!”

By the time we finished, the sky outside was already darkening.

The villa had a great location, with an amazing view. Last night I was forced to watch the moon with Zhou Si, and now I was stuck watching the sunset with him.

Seen both the moon and the sunset — I figured it was time to end this ridiculous episode.

Tomorrow was Monday. Back to my 996 grind. Back to the rat race. Back to reality.

I softened my voice and said to Zhou Si, “Brother Zhou, had your fun now? If so, have your driver take me home.”

His face darkened. “Xie Li, think before you speak.”

I knew he was mad. And that only made me happier. I couldn’t help myself — had to pour oil on the fire. “What? Is your hearing bad now? I made myself perfectly clear.”

“You’re not even going to try and explain what happened last night?”

“What is there to explain? What, you’re a grown man and now you want me to take responsibility?”

Honestly, I was half afraid he’d lose it and hit me. But he didn’t — just slammed the door and left.

Weird. How did I never notice he had such a temper before?

I went back to the closet and picked out another outfit. This time I was smart — no skirts.

When I came downstairs, I saw Zhou Si sitting on the couch with a stormy expression. That fat little orange cat was cuddled up beside him.

I resisted the strong urge to go pet the cat, forced my jelly legs to keep walking toward the front door.

Just as I reached the door, Zhou Si said behind me, “Xie Li, what if I want you to take responsibility?”

I paused. “Responsibility? For what?”

Zhou Si said leisurely, “You took my most precious first time as a man. Don’t you think you owe me something?”

I was shook.

Bro… Your first time? You expect me to believe that? What, you think I’m a ghost??
